SHIPPING

We offer free standard delivery within the EU in 2-5 business days from order confirmation. All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped exclusively via DHL. The delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination. Shipping status can be verified at any time by using the tracking number provided via email.

In case you need your hat as soon as possible within 1-4 business days delivery, we offer DHL Express Shipping which can be additionally selected and the shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout.
 

ORDERS PROCESSING TIME

We process and ship orders from Monday 10:00 (EEST) to Friday 18:00 (EEST) We does not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or German bank holidays.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note the prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation. All orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. Also please note that the taxes and duties are not refunded, even you refused from your order in the case when it was shipped out.

RETURNS
14-Day Return Policy
We take great pride in our product design and artisan-made quality.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase online and are committed to excellent customer service.
We accept returns on items in their original condition with tags attached and unworn (no signs of wear or damage) for a full refund. You have 14 days from the day your order was delivered to apply for a return request and send back the items to be eligible for a refund.

Please email us at hello@nthirtythree.com with 'RETURN' in the subject line and include your order number and the reason for return. If the item(s) we sent you is defective, we will be happy to offer the option of a full refund OR an exchange. Please state your preference in your return e-mail. 
The item that you are returning needs to be unworn and should be returned in its original packaging. We do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us. 
The processing of refunds takes approximately 2-5 business days.
At the moment, we do not cover the shipping fees for any returns. The cost of the return shipping is non-refundable.
Please note that all custom-made, personalised and discounted items are non-returnable.
